MEET GHERARDO

I've been passionate forever about performance in all its forms!​I have competed in 14 sports disciplines, mainly endurance sports, including cycling, triathlon, road running, trail running, sky-mountaineering and nordic sky. ​I won Haute Route Pyrenee in 2017 and ranked 5th at Ironman Nice 2021. ​I'm a Guitar Player, Jimy Hendrix and Red Hot Chili Peppers superfan.

Who I coach

I coach passionate endurance athletes with ambitious goals, independently from their fitness level, helping them to beat their limits and upgrade their performance, thanks to my science-based method, which integrates exercise, nutrition and mental training.​

What matters is to define the right goals, giving priority to quality training in the available time, whilst achieving an optimal body composition.

HOW DOES THE TRAINING WORK

For reasons related to time availability and the quality of training, I coach a limited number of athletes. You may write to check if there is an available spot. In the affirmative case, we will get back to you to define the organizational details. ​

The first steps will be to define your goals, fitness level and overall health and to set your personalized training. ​
Every week we'll check in to analyze your weekly training, sensations, and energy levels and to set the training for the upcoming week, based on your time availability and weather conditions​

(if possible) We'll meet during the season to test your fitness level and body composition and redefine your training intensities. 

Coaching comprises both training and nutritional advice because its integration allows amplifying training stimulus, improving metabolic flexibility and thresholds (Aerobic and Anaerobic)
